OTTAWA - The Ottawa Police Service Robbery Unit is investigating a robbery and stabbing and is seeking the public's assistance in the ongoing investigation.

On August 29, 2014, at approximately 2:30 a.m., Ottawa Police were called to a local Ottawa Hospital after the victim of a stabbing arrived at the Emergency. A 15-year-old male had sustained a minor stab wound. The victim was in the Bells Corners area when he attended a convenience store situated along the 400 block of Moodie Dr. There, he was accosted by a lone male who stole his cellular phone and then proceeded to stab him. A second person was present with the suspect.

The victim was treated and released.

The suspects are described as:

  1. Caucasian male, 18-20 years old, 5'4" (163cm) tall, thin build, wearing shorts, a black baseball cap, grey hooded sweat-shirt and white running shoes.
  2. Caucasian male, 18-20 years old, 5'7" (170cm) tall, brown hair, wearing a grey hooded sweat-shirt.
