A family of four is homeless after an overnight fire ripped through their Osgoode home.

The residential blaze started shortly after 1:30 a.m. Monday, May 18th, 2015, and was declared under control about one hour later.

Ottawa Fire Services said the fire happened at 3301 Wild Cherry Drive in Osgoode. Damages are estimated at $200,000.

The cause of the fire remains unknown.

Two adults and two children have been displaced.
