A Christmas eve grinch struck the Cardinal Creek community in Orleans with the theft of a $3,500 snowblower at the local park.
The orange Arian Pro 32 snowblower was stored in a bunker at the Cardinal Creek Community Park.
The thief removed the hinges from the bunker.
The Cardinal Creek Community Association is urging anyone with information to call Ottawa Police.
The association says the snowblower is a major setback for the annual Hockey Day in Orleans.
The CCCA believes a large truck was used to take the snowblower away
