OPP identify woman struck and killed by a truck in Kemptville

The OPP is investigating the death of a 60-year-old woman who was hit by a pick-up truck in Kemptville today.

Police say Joan Arnold of Richmond, Ontario, died at the scene of the crash.

The driver of the pick-up truck is a 70-year-old man. Police say Arnold was hit while crossing the street in the parking-lot outside the LCBO on Colonnade Drive in Kemptville.
