Ottawa Police are searching for a suspect wanted for at least three bank robberies.

Each of the heists has happened within the last week. On March 24th, the man walked into a bank in the South Keys Plaza on Bank Street near Johnson Road. He handed the teller a note demanding cash. He left with the money and was last seen running along a footpath towards Johnson Road.

On March 27th the same man robbed a bank on Montreal Road near Ogilvie Road. This time, he motioned to the employee that he had a gun, though none was seen.  Again, he fled on foot with the money.

The third robbery happened on March 29th, when the same man robbed a bank inside the St. Laurent Mall. He indicated he had a gun, demanded cash, and fled on foot.

The suspect is described as being a white male, approximately 20-25 years of age, approximately 5'8" (173cm). He has worn sunglasses and a hat in each robbery. In one robbery, the suspect was observed to have "ear-gauges" in both ears.
