Speed limit lowered to 30 km/h on Princeton Ave.

After residents petitioned the city to slow speeding cars, the speed limit along Princeton Avenue in Westboro has been lowered to 30 km/h.

Princeton is located between Churchill and Denbury avenues.

The street is the first in Ottawa to adopt a 30 km/h speed limit.

Signs will be posted in the coming weeks.
