Ottawa Police are looking for suspect allegedly involved in an assault in Confederation Park in early August.
Police say the suspect is described as a Middle Eastern male, in his early 20's, is 5'10", and has a thin build. He was last seen wearing a black long sleeve t-shirt, a red ball cap, and light coloured jeans.
The alleged assault happened around 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 1st, 2015, in Confederation Park. Police say a female victim was walking down the stairs from the Mackenzie King Bridge to Confederation Park when she was hit on the head from behind. The victim, police say, was able to fend off the attacker and call police after a brief struggle.
