An Ottawa man who was known online as "Scotty Toppers" was arrested by Ottawa Police and charged with harassment of 13 women in the Orleans area.
Police tactical units executed a search warrant Friday morning at a residence on Briargate Private in Orleans.
The charges against 29 year-old Nicholas DeCarlo include criminal harassment, extortion, and possession of a firearm.
DeCarlo is scheduled to appear in court July 26, 2014.
Ottawa Police say the investigation is not closed as there's concern there may be more victims.
