UPDATE: Meiko the dog is back home and the owner couldn't be happier.
Where's Meiko?
The three year old Yorkie/Pekinese mix was stolen from her owner's car while the elderly woman shopped in a store. The owner says she was out of the car for less than 10 minutes.
It happened in the Loblaws parking lot in the 100 block of McArthur Ave, between 7:30 and 8 p.m. on October 10, 2014.
Police say a suspect was seen exiting a silver or biege SUV. He's described as a white male, wearing a black coat.
