A 2-year-old boy injured when a TV fell on him Easter Sunday morning is improving in hospital
Paramedics say it happened just after 8:30 a.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of Rosenthal Avenue.
Kristen Barbe-Faulkner, the toddler's Mother says her son Jayce is awake and alert today.
She described the TV as an older model with a DVD and VHS installed in it. He was trying to play his favourite video, the little train that could, when it fell, she said.
The family was getting ready for Easter at their Grandparent's at the time.
He has a 4-year-old brother, and a 7-month-old sister.
Ottawa police are investigating.
