The Ottawa Police Guns and Gangs Unit is investigating a drive-by shooting on the Queensway.
A man showed up at the Ottawa Hospital General Campus with a gunshot wound to his leg around 12:30 this morning.
Police say the victim told investigators he was shot by the occupants of a second vehicle while driving on Highway 417 between Walkley Road and Innes Road.
Investigators have found no evidence of a shooting on the Queensway.
The victims as treated for a non-life threatening gunshot wound to his leg.
No one is in police custody. The investigation continues.
