The Suya Spot restaurant, located in a strip mall on Shillington Avenue, has closed according to the councillor for the area.
Riley Brokington says he is pleased with the outcome.
Police says there have been more than 100 police responses and bylaw calls to the restaurant since 2013 - cumulating in the shooting death of Abdi Jama in the parking lot outside the restaurant early on the morning of September 25th.
