The RBC Ottawa Bluesfest added a big name to this summer's line-up, Kanye West.
Bluesfest confirmed the addition this morning after it released a teaser video late Sunday.
In the video, Bluesfest Executive Director Mark Monahan is seen running towards a camera. When he stops, breathless, Monahan tells viewers about last week's leak of the Festival lineup. But, he says, they still have the biggest name yet to release. The video mirrors the opening scene of Kanye West's video "Only One"
Kanye West will headline Bluesfest July 10th.
Bluesfest had a long list of other acts confirmed for July, including Jason Aldean, Iggy Azalea, Keith Urban, The Tragically Hip., Blue Rodeo, and Deep Purple.
Bluesfest runs from July 8th to 19th on Lebreton Flats
