Tens of thousands of people are expected to walk through the doors of the EY Centre this weekend for the annual Home and Garden Show.

The four-day show features more than 300 vendors, selling and advertising a wide variety of products and services.

Claire de Passillé, the manager of the Home and Garden show, says the event is an opportunity for home owners to speak with people in the industry and to compare local businesses.

“There are an incredible variety of products available to you and you can discover new products that you may be able to use at home,” she says.

This year event goers have the opportunity to sit down with experts for 15 minutes to discuss their renovation plans. There's also a 2,500 square foot Bonneville home, and a full garden.

“It’s one thing to look online and it’s another thing to actually come and see the products and tough them and feel them and get a sense for the quality,” says one home owner.

The Home and Garden show ends Sunday evening. Tickets can be purchased online or at the EY Centre.
