An 89-year-old woman has died after her car plunged off Highway 5 and landed in a stream near Chelsea, Quebec on Sunday afternoon.
Police say 89-year-old Shirley Armstrong of Wakefield, Quebec crashed her car around 3 pm. Emergency crews tried to resuscitate the elderly woman, she was later pronounced dead at hospital.
