You name it, she’s done it! This Ottawa native has been profiling people, places and events in our community since joining the TV station in 1998. After ten years as a sports anchor, Lianne made the transition to the morning show in 2008. She also created a health & fitness segment called “Today’s The Day” that aims to help people make healthier life choices one small step at a time.
As a former Canadian elite gymnast, Lianne knows a few things about fitness. She was a provincial champion by age nine, and left the nation's capital in the early 1990s to attend the University of Massachusetts on a full NCAA gymnastics scholarship.

Lianne is the proud mother of her two daughters, Andie & Jamie and is involved with a variety of local charities. She sits on the board for the Snow Suit Fund of Ottawa and the Youth Services Bureau and is an ambassador for the Ottawa Senators Foundation. She also gives motivational speeches at high schools and sports forums, as well as emcees and participates in dozens of fundraising and community events.
Lianne maintains a daily active lifestyle whether it's running, weight training, pilates, golf, tennis or skiing. She is always looking for the next adventure and embraces any new challenges!
