Police forces in Cornwall want the public's help after 47 kilograms of cocaine were found submerged in weed beds off the St. Lawrence Seaway.
The case dates back to August when a team of officers spotted a boat speeding across the St. Lawrence in the Bainsville area.
They watched an exchange of suitcases with people on another boat. One vessel was abandoned. The other sped off to the St. Regis River. Police later found the abandoned boat filled with cocaine.
