MRC des Collines police have arrested a man in connection to a fatal crash in Cantley, Quebec last month.
75-year-old Roger Lemieux, of Denholm, Quebec is charged with dangerous driving causing the death of Richard Labelle on Sept. 18.
Police say as a result of their investigation and witness accounts, they believe the accused was speeding at the time of the crash, and that he slammed into the back of the victim’s car.
Both vehicles were travelling in the same direction. The accused was due in Gatineau court on Thursday.
