Salary:	Bargaining Unit CEP, Local 715M, Scale A
Hours of Work:	Full Time.  Overtime as required.
Responsibilities:	Sales inventory clearance (order entry) TV commercial scheduling Traffic programming, logs, promotion and public service announcements Logs (placement of commercials, ensure product protection, print log for News Department) Other duties as required
Qualifications:	Previous traffic, order entry, CRTC log reconciliation or accounting log reconciliation experience that is relevant to the broadcasting industry (preferably television), or a Broadcast College degree Working knowledge of the AS400 in the Columbine format is a definite asset Customer Service experience (working closely with Advertising agencies, Sales, Marketing Revenue Management) Able to meet deadlines and handle last minute revisions Excellent organizational skills and high accuracy a must Enjoys working in a fast paced, team environment Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel software
