Viewers and newsroom colleagues alike benefit from the more than four decades of journalistic experience that Norman Fetterley brings to CTV News.

Norman started his career in CJRN radio in his hometown of Niagara Falls in 1967. He switched to television in 1972 for the opening of CHFD-TV in Thunder Bay. That was followed by jobs at CFCF-TV in Montreal and CFTO-TV in Toronto.

As a parliamentary reporter for Toronto's CFTO-TV and then for CJOH in Ottawa, Norman travelled extensively across Canada and around the world. He has a passion for books and the printed word. He and his wife Elizabeth have two daughters, Jessica and Emily.
